EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Technology as a tool can also be as a sysem. In this poster we put the application of a CONSTRUCTIVIST Learning Theory by using Instructional Design just like the A.D.D.I.E. and A.S.S.U.R.E. model. In which both model shows a systematic process of learning. In this theory we emphasize the application of the p21 framework to present how it affects he learning. Just like how the technology improves, learning should be like that and it shouldn't be just like a tree planted and later died. Learning should be passed and has improvement. As a teacher we should not just focus on planting trees but also teach the learner how to do it. By doing so the result to the learner's leaning will be productive and they can make a difference not only on their career but also to the society.
